The Board of Directors has established a Short-term Rental Committee which has developed the Chateau Chamonix Owner’s Rental Guide to help you communicate to your renters the importance of their compliance with the CCHA’s Rules and Regulations.  We encourage you to incorporate both documents into your agreements with your renters.  

Remember, any violation of the Rules by a long-term renter or a vacation/short-term renter shall be considered a violation by the unit owner, and the unit owner may be subjected to an assessment of fines.
