The Renter’s Guide outlines the importance of a renter’s compliance with the CCHA’s Rules and Regulations addressing issues including parking, noise, beach access, pool use and other important safety concerns. Any violation of the Rules by a renter subjects the unit owner to an assessment of fines which may be passed on to the renter.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Renters may not have guests on the property.

• Renters may not have pets on the property.

• Renters must complete and submit a Usage Report to the CCHA manager prior to occupying unit.

• Parking passes are issued by the manager and must be displayed in vehicles at all times.
