If a unit owner violates the CCHA Rules and Regulations or the Architectural Rules, the CCHA board is authorized by the CC&Rs to issue warnings, levy fines, suspend privileges, file lawsuits or put liens on properties in order to resolve issues, recoup unpaid dues, fines, assessments and/or other fees.
